Boat trips from the beach

This crowded beach scene has lots of children paddling in the sea, one with a woman holding the child by it's coat. A young man, trousers rolled up, looks out at us. A lot of people are sitting on the beach, many have hats hoods and coats, some are climbing out of a sailing boat onto the shore. The North Pier and Blackpool Tower is in the background.
