Looking Southwest along Church Lane towards a large building belonging to the Lancaster Banking Company with stonework signage to that effect. Sign for a joiner, builder and undertaker on the left. Bootle Station is the name for the group of buildings which grew up around the railway station which is some way from Bootle village.
