Southport Promenade

Looking Northeast along Southport Promenade. A wide road bordered by pavements and formal gardens on each sides. Beyond the left hand gardens a large lake is crossed by a pier with pavilion buildings at east end. Two cyclists, a motorcyclist and one car on road. Many people out walking or sitting on benches facing the gardens. The Southport Monumental Obelisk can be seen beside the left hand pavement.
