Cavendish Dock looking East. A large steel structure is under construction alongside the dock wall. This is the Airship shed which will be used for the construction of the airship HMA No. 1, known as Mayfly. Steam powered winch on quayside, large crane behind shed. Various industrial buildings and tall chimney probably the Vulcan Steel and Iron Works in the background.
